我国现代和谐渔村构建模式研究

Study on Modes of Modern Harmonious Fishing Village Construction

现代和谐渔村建设是新农村建设的重要组成部分。当前,社会主义新农村建设和国家大力发展海洋经济的双重有利宏观环境,为加快实施现代化和谐渔村建设、加速渔业步入科学发展的轨道创造了有利时机。本文通过对现代渔村建设理论研究现状的简要概括和分析,指出了现代和谐渔村建设面临的问题,根据和谐博弈理论的几个典型模式,提出了我国现代和谐渔村的构建模式。

Modern harmonious fishing village construction is the important part of the new countryside construction.The construction of modem harmonious village is in compliance with the call of the times and is of great significance to solve the our country＇s three major problems related to the fishing industry.Currently,the new countryside construction and the rapid development of marine economy create the favorable macro environment for speeding up the construction of modern harmonious fishing village and accelerating the fishery into the scientific development orbit.Through brief summary of current theories of modern and harmonious fishery village construction,several problems of the modern and harmonious fishery village construction are listed.According to several typical models of harmonious game theory,the modes of the modern and harmonious fishery village construction in China are proposed.
