摘要
比较了从哈尔滨引种到日喀则的玉簪、胭脂景天、萱草3种宿根花卉的叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性还原糖含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性变化。结果表明:3种宿根花卉在恶劣生境下,除叶绿素含量比较稳定外,可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性还原糖含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性随着栽植时间的延长而有不同程度的升高。SOD活性的升高增强了细胞内活性氧的清除能力,对膜系统起到一定的保护作用。
The changes of 3 species of perennial flowers(Hosta plantaginea,Sedum spurium 'Coccineum' and Hemerocallis fulva) introduced from Harbin to Shigatse were compared in terms of their leaves' chlorophyll content,soluble protein content,soluble reducing sugar content,and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity.The results showed that under the adverse environment,the chlorophyll content was relatively stable,but the soluble protein content,soluble reducing sugar content and SOD activity increased to some extent with time.The increase of the SOD activity improved the capacity to eliminate the active oxygen in the cells and played a protective role for the membrane system.
