摘要
分析了沙田柚在发育过程中三种酶( 即过氧化物酶、酯酶、淀粉酶) 的同工酶类型的变化-结果表明:沙田柚花柱中过氧化物酶活力随着发育的日趋成熟,种类逐渐减少,活性也相对减弱;酯酶同工酶种类在授粉以前呈不规则变化,但授粉以后较授粉以前种类明显减少;淀粉酶同工酶种类及活性呈现出强弱交替的变化曲线,即四分体时期酶种类最少、活性最低,单核期有所增加,双核期达最大值,成熟期有所回落,授粉以后又有所增加-
This article analyzes the types of three isozymes of shatinyu style during the process of the pollen development. The result shows the types and activities of peroxide of shatinyu style gradually decrease during the process of development. The types of esterase have an irregular changing pattern before pollination,but clearly decrease after pollination. The types and activity of Amylase change between strong and week,that means the types and activity of it are the weekest at the tetrad stage,a little improvement at the mononuclear stage,reach maximum during di_nuclear stage,a little decrease during the mature stage,a little improvement again after pollination.
