摘要
目前,两种细胞之间的共培养方法包括直接共培养和间接共培养,而共培养体系主要用于诱导细胞向另一种细胞分化、诱导细胞自身的分化、维持细胞的功能和活力、对细胞增殖进行调控、促进早期胚胎的发育和提高代谢物的产量。目前细胞共培养体系主要用于药效方面的研究,而用于毒理学方面的研究却很少。但是,由于共培养体系缩短实验次数、减少药物使用量、辨别药物的优先毒性靶器官和研究药物代谢产物的毒性作用等优点,使之成为未来细胞毒理学研究发展的方向之一。本文就细胞共培养技术的方法进行综述,并对共培养体系研究的应用进行了概述。
Currently, co-culture methods between two kinds of cells include direct and indirect ones. The co-culture system is mainly used to induce cell differentiation to another, or by cell itself, maintain cell function and vitality, regulate cell proliferation, promote early embryo development and improve the production of metabolites. It is now used chiefly for pharmaeodynamic researches, and carely for toxicological studies. The co-culture system can reduce the number of experiments, lessen drug use, identify priority drugs toxic target organs of priority and study toxic effects of drug metabolites, a potential area for cell toxicological studies in the future. This paper summarizes methods of cell co-culture techniques and application of the co-culture system.
