上皮样组织细胞瘤1例 被引量：1

摘要 患者男性,40岁,左背部包块2年,渐增大,可活动,术中见肿瘤血管丰富。切除肿块后送病理检查。 病理检查眼观：灰黄灰红色不规则组织1块,3.5 cm×2.5 cm×2.0 cm大小,表面附皮瓣,稍隆起,肿块位于真皮及皮下，大部分在皮下，底部见包膜，包块上面与真皮界限不清，切面灰白、灰红色，质软，实质性，局部出血（图1）。
