本文报道了平菇子实体的多部位组织分离母种试验。实验结果表明,在所选取的五个不同部位中,以菌盖边缘菌肉组织所分离的母种,菌丝生长速度快,长势好。

In this paper,we have explored an experiment that different parts of the seed of the PL.produce the different mother species.The result shows that the mother specie coming from the subcataneous tissue of the bordering of PL cover is the best one of the five different parts we select,its hypha grows well and rapidly.This kind of method is easy to work and has useful value.
