摘要
以联苯醚二甲酸和十三碳二胺为原料,经成盐、预聚合和固相聚合3个步骤,合成了新型长碳链和较高分子量的半芳香尼龙聚联苯醚二甲酰十三碳二胺(PA13O)。利用红外光谱图和核磁谱图对其结构进行了确认,用DSC和TG研究了其耐热性能,并测定了聚合物的物理力学性能,将其与聚对苯二甲酰壬二胺(尼龙9T,也称PA9T)和尼龙46的物理力学性能进行了对比。结果表明,聚联苯醚二甲酰十三碳二胺的力学性能与PA9T和PA46的物理力学性能相近,是一种新型的耐热工程塑料。
Poly(tridecanediamine diphenyl ether dicarboxylic acid)(PA13O) with long carbon chains and high molecular weight was synthesized by salt forming,prepolymererization,solid-state polymererization of diphenyl ether dicarboxylic acid with 1,13-tridecanediamine consequently.The chemical structure was confirmed by infrared spectrum,nuclear magnetic resonance.The physical and mechanical properties of PA13O are measured,and the properties of the polyamide are compared with those of PA9T and PA46.The results show that the mechanical properties of PA13O are similar to those of PA9T and PA46,so PA13O is a promising heat resistant engineering plastic.
