紫苏籽油超临界萃取最佳工艺条件的研究

STUDY ON THE OPTIMUM TECHNOLOGY OF THE SUPERCRITICAL CO_2 EXTRACTION OF PERILLA OIL

采用正交试验确定了超临界ＣＯ２萃取紫苏籽油的工艺条件，并与传统的溶剂萃取法进行比较，实验结果表明，萃取的最佳条件为：压力２０ＭＰａ，温度４０℃，时间６ｈ，ＣＯ２流量为３０Ｌ／ｈ，草取率可达３７．２％，α－亚麻酸含量为７３．１％，比传统的溶剂萃取法有很大的优越性。

Orthogonal contrast about 4 factors 3 levels of the main factors which haveinfluence on the extraction of perilla oil with supercritical CO, were studied. The resultsshowed that the optimum conditions were as follows: extrating in a pressure 20MPa at 40℃ for 6h with 30lL/h of CO2 flow.The yield of perilla,Oil was 37.2% and the content of α- lindenic acid was 73. 1 %.
