摘要 对近年来国内外有关提高厌氧胶耐热性能的途径及实施效果进行了综述。介绍了几种新型厌氧单体的合成方法,并介绍了耐热厌氧单体、耐热树脂和无机组分的耐热性能和耐热机理。耐热厌氧单体包括含烯丙基苯基醚的(甲基)丙烯酸酯单体、含羟甲基酚的丙烯酸酯单体、有机硅丙烯酸酯类预聚物;耐热树脂包括双马来酰亚胺、聚酰亚胺、有机硅改性树脂;无机组份包括磷酸盐型无机活性材料等。 The methods and the effects on improving heat-resisting properties of anaerobic adhesives in recent years were reviewed. The synthetic methods of several new anaerobic monnmers were introduced. The heat resistance and the mechanisms of anaerobic monomers, heat resistant resins and inorganic components were illustrated. The heat resistant anaerobic monomers included allylic phenyl ether(meth)acrylate, phenol hydroxymethyl acrylate and acrylate-containiug organosiloxane prepolymers. The heat resistant resins included bismaleimide, polymide and organosiloxane modified resins. The inorganic components included inorganic phosphate reactive materials etc.
