摘要 近年来,溶藻细菌作为防治有害藻类水华的一种可能微生物,已引起越来越多研究者的关注。多数溶藻细菌分泌的溶藻活性物质对其宿主藻类具有强烈的杀灭作用。概述了溶藻细菌溶藻活性物质的作用方式,重点阐述了目前已经报道的细菌杀藻物质的种类及其提取和分离方法,探讨了细菌溶藻活性物质的研究展望。 In resent years, more and more researchers have realized the possibility that algicidal bacteria could be a useful tool in reducing the impact of harmful blooms. Most algicidal substances produced by algicidal bacteria can kill the host algae. The ecological rules of algicidal substances are briefly reported, and the categories, extraction and separation methods of algicidal substances are detailed. The future studies on algicidal bacteria are also proposed.
