This paper first concludes and analyzes part expressions about the characteristic of the trend to perfection.Then it indicates that to explain the characteristic of the trend to perfection only through altering and supplementing science and technology document material and later made it better is not comprehensive.Therefore,we should broaden our angel of vision in research,and study the characteristic of the trend to perfection of science and technology document material from the forming processes of science and technology document material in complete.
