摘要
目的:提取矢车菊素3-O-葡萄糖苷等花青素类黄酮成分,将提取物制备成泡腾片。方法:应用大孔吸附树脂分离纯化紫背天葵中花青素类黄酮成分,通过正交试验设计研究泡腾片的工艺参数。用片剂质量检查方法以及薄层色谱法、反相高效液相色谱法等对制备的紫背天葵泡腾片进行质量检查。结果:紫背天葵泡腾片较好地保留了原紫背天葵清凉饮料的口感风味,符合泡腾片制剂质量要求。结论:制剂工艺适用于制备紫背天葵泡腾片。
Objective:Extract the cyanidin flavones like cyanidin 3-O-glucoside from the Begonia fimbristipula,and prepare the effervescent tablets with the extract.Method: The macroporous resin was used to separate and purify the cyanidin flavones from B.fimbristipula.The parameters of the effervescent tablet preparation technique were studied with the orthogonal experimental design.Conventional preparation test methods for tablets,TLC,and RP-HPLC methods were used to evaluate the quality of the prepared effervescent tablets.Result: The effervescent tablets retained the flavor of the soft drink made from B.fimbristipula and the quality conformed to the requirements of effervescent tablets.Conclusion: The preparation technique developed in the research was applicable for preparing B.fimbristipula effervescent tablets.
