螺旋藻饲料对金鱼快速增色效果的研究

Study on the Relationship between the Pigment of Goldfish and the Feed Made from Spirulina platensis

采用螺旋藻作为组分制成饲料，对金鱼快速增色进行随机分组试验，结果表明：投喂含螺旋藻饲料的试验组的金鱼混合色素和叶黄素含量都有显著增加，增加程度同饲料中螺旋藻含量呈正相关；金鱼的体重也显著高于对照组，以Ｂ组效果最佳，增长率为３６ ．２％ ，此外，螺旋藻也能改善金鱼的生理状态．

In this study,the Spirulina platensis is used as the main component to produce feed.After the feed is randomly divided into groups and fed to the goldfish,its effect on fast increasing the goldfish’s pigment is experimented.The results show that the content of mixed pigment and xanthophyl in the experimental groups can be obviously increased,and its increasing level is positively related to the contents of Spirulina platensis in the feed; the body weight of the goldfish is also obviously heavier than the control group’s,and among every group,the effect of group B is the best (its increasing rate is 36.2%);in addition,the feed made from Spirulina platensis can also improve the physiologic condition of the goldfish.
