丁苯酞治疗进展性脑梗死疗效观察 被引量：1

摘要 进展性脑梗死（Progressive cerebral Infarction,PCI）占脑梗死26%-43%,死亡率和致残率均很高,目前治疗方法疗效欠佳,幸存者留下严重后遗症。研究证明,dl-丁基苯酞（丁苯酞,Dl-3n-butylphthalide,NBP）可通过多个环节阻断脑缺血引起的病理生理发展过程,具有改善缺血区脑灌注、增加缺血区毛细血管的数量、增加缺血区脑血流量、改善脑缺血后脑能量代谢、缩小梗死面积、减轻神经功能损伤程度、
