摘要
总结了合成苯甲醛的多种路径,综述了苯甲酸在气相条件下加氢合成苯甲醛催化剂的研究进展,分析了不同种类催化剂(Zr系、Zn系、Ce系)在苯甲酸气相加氢合成苯甲醛反应中的催化性能,从绿色合成工艺和催化剂制备技术等方面提出了今后的研究方向,认为关键是从化学组分优化、催化剂制备技术研究等方面增强无铬催化剂的稳定性,并进一步提高催化剂活性和选择性。
The synthesis routes of benzaldehyde and the progress of catalysts on the synthesis of benzaldehyde by hydrogenating of benzoic acid under the gaseous phase have been summarized in this paper.The catalytic performance for the hydrogenation of benzonic acid for the synthesis of benzaldehyde is analyzed in the presence of different catalysts such as Zr,Zn,Ce and so on.In the end,the direction of future researches from the green synthesis process and the catalyst preparation technology etc were put forwards.
