摘要
研究了用高效液相色谱测定O-甲基异脲硫酸盐(OMIU硫酸盐)含量的方法,对检测波长、流动相、内标物、线性、精密度和准确度进行了试验和讨论。结果表明,OMIU硫酸盐和内标物一氯乙酸进样量分别在20～160μg和3.75～30μg,进样量与峰面积方程呈现良好的线性关系,平均加标回收率达到100.1%,相对标准偏差为0.38%。该法简单、快速,并具有较高的灵敏度,可满足OMIU硫酸盐产品定量分析的需要。
In the paper,OMIU Sulfate content was analyzed by HPLC.The result shows that as the sample dosage of OMIU sulfate and chloroacetic acid is 20～160 μg and 3.75～30 μg respectively,the sample dosage and peak area equation show good linearity,recoveries reaches to 100.1%,deviation of relative standard 0.38%.The method is suitable for OMIU sulfate analysis for its simpleness,speediness and sensitiveness.
