抚触对局部麻醉下行鼻内镜手术患者心理应激反应影响的研究

Effects of therapeutic touch on the psychic stress in patients undergoing nasoscopic operation by local anaesthesia

目的探讨抚触对缓解局部麻醉(局麻)下鼻内镜手术患者心理应激反应的作用。方法将73名于局麻下行鼻内镜手术的患者随机分成抚触组和对照组,对照组接受常规护理,抚触组术中接受护士实施的抚触,手术结束时评估两组患者术中疼痛程度和医生对患者术中配合的满意度。结果抚触组患者与对照组相比,术中疼痛程度降低,手术配合程度提高,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论抚触有助于缓解局麻下鼻内镜手术患者的疼痛、焦虑等心理应激反应,提高其手术配合程度,有利于手术顺利进行。

[Objective] To investigate the ease of touch on endoscopic sinus surgery under local anesthesia in patients with the role of psychological stress response.[Methods] 73 in the endoscopic sinus surgery under local anesthesia were randomly assigned to massage group and control group,and the control group received routine care,intraoperative touch the touch of nurses to accept the end of surgery patients in the two groups were assessed Pain and doctors were satisfied with the surgery.[Results] Touch compared with control group patients,surgery,pain is decreased with the extent of surgery increased significantly（P 〈0.01）.[Conclusion] Touch help ease the endoscopic sinus surgery under local anesthesia in patients with pain,anxiety and other psychological stress response,improve its operation with the degree of benefit operations smoothly.
