采用CandidaboidiniiNo.2 2 0 1的诱变株Y -1 0 8,以玉米穗芯为原料 ,用其水解液发酵培养生产SCP ,试验结果表明 :在玉米穗芯水解液中添加 6%~8%的玉米浆、0 .3 %的尿素或氯化氨、初始 pH值 5.0左右、接种量 1 0 % ,于3 0℃培养 72h的干菌体产量高达 3 0
Fermentation conditions of single cell protein (SCP)production from corn-cobs hydrolysate by Y-108,a mutant of Candida boidinii No.2201,were studied.The results showed that com-cobs hydrolysate with 6%~8% corn steep liquor and about 0.3% urea or NH 4C1 resulted in a marked increase in the yield of dry yeast without any other nutrient supplementaion.The conditions under which the highest yield of dry yeast was 30 g/L were that the fermentation temperature was 30℃,time 72 h,pH about 5, and inoculation rate 10%.
