摘要
研究了锆钛酸铅钡铁电陶瓷的横向场诱应变x2、偏压下的介电常数ε33、弹性柔顺系数SE11和平面机电耦合系数kp,并计算了等效压电常数d31.PBZT陶瓷的kp和d31值可由外加偏压控制.两个PBZT陶瓷组分室温kp值最大为0.45,|d31|值最大为180pC/N.
Transverse field induced strain x 2, DC biased dielectric constant ε 33 , elastic compliance S E 11 , and electromechanical planar coupling factor k p under direct current (DC) bias were measured for two barium modified PZT (PBZT) ceramic compositions. Effective piezoelectric coefficient d 31 was calculated. The values of d 31 and k p of PBZT ceramics can be controlled by DC bias. Maximums of k p and | d 31 | of PBZT ceramics in this study are 0.45 and 180 pC/N respectively. d 31 coefficient of PBZT ceramics is much less temperature dependent compared to that of PMN PT ceramics.
