摘要
以动力学数学模型为基础,研究石灰石和熟料单独及混合粉磨特性.通过测定单独与混合粉磨产物的颗粒分布、比表面积和筛余值,及对混合粉磨产物进行颗粒分级,测定各粒级两组份相对含量,分析了两组份物料之间的相互作用.实验结果表明,混合粉磨过程中发生选择性粉磨,熟料对石灰石有一定促磨作用,而石灰石对熟料粉磨却有一定阻碍作用。
The gringding characteristics of limestone and clinker were studied by the kinetic mathematic model. Investigations were carried out with the Blaine suface as well as the particle size distribution of the ground mixtures. Composition of the ground size fractions were also exami_ned, and the mutual influence was analysed. The results show there exists a selective effect during the common grinding and the clinker helps the comminution of the limestone. However the limestone hinders the grinding of the clinker and this mutual effect can promote the common grinding process.
