摘要
随着信息技术的发展和知识经济的来临,应用型本科院校在培养创新型人才的过程中其教学和科研活动从理论上说是有密切联系的,但在现实中两者之间也存在着矛盾和冲突。要处理好教学和科研之间的关系,应用型本科院校需要加强科研团队与教学团队有机结合,以学科建设为载体,实现教学与科研的交叉融合,建立并完善教学与科研评价综合指标体系。教师应通过自律加强教师职业道德修养,挖掘教学与科研的结合点,使教学与科研互动,才能完成社会赋予应用型本科院校培养高素质创新型应用人才的任务。
With the rapid development of information technology and the coming of the knowledge economy era,there is close connections between application-oriented universities' teaching and research in theory.But in practice,there are lots of problems between these two sides.In order to handle properly the relationship between teaching and research,application-oriented universities should enhance the combination of them.Basing on subject development,the teachers of these universities should promote the overlapping and blending between teaching and research.They also should establish and improve the comprehensive evaluation index system of teaching and research.Only by reinforcing the accomplishments of teacher's virtue,finding the teaching and research's common ground,and making research interact with research effectively,can application-oriented universities succeed in cultivating qualified personnel with innovative spirit and ability.
