摘要
以H2O2为主要脱色剂,以可见光的吸光系数为指标,对烷基多苷粗产品进行脱色研究.实验证明该方法简单可行,同时,实验得出:三种物质组成的复合添加剂加入H2O2体系中能显著提高脱色效果,消除单纯H2O2脱色产生的异味;并且,脱色后产品对碱。
The decoloration technology of alkyl polyglycosides was studied by using H 2O 2 as the major decoloring agent.The effect of decoloration was judged via the absorption coefficient of visible light as criterion,which indicated that this judgement method was feasible and simple.The experimental results show that the effect of decoloration was improved with adding composite additives composed of three substances,and the strange odour,which existed in the product after decoloring by using H 2O 2 only,was eliminated and the stability of product in alkali and hot situation was increased.
