摘要
目的:探讨氯氰菊酯(CP)慢性染毒后大鼠全血乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)活性的变化规律。方法:120只80~100 g雄性SD大鼠随机分为4组,对照组(花生油)、低剂量组(40 mg/kg CP)、中剂量组(80mg/kg CP)和高剂量组(160 mg/kg CP),每组30只。灌胃给药28次,每日1次,共28 d,每日观察动物反应症状。给药前、给药后7 d1、4 d、21 d、28 d和给药结束后7 d各组断尾取血,测定全血AChE活性。结果:CP染毒后大鼠表现出神经受损症状,同时大鼠全血AChE活性显著降低(P<0.05),且呈现剂量依赖性。结论:CP慢性染毒后大鼠全血AChE活性显著降低,呈现剂量和时间依赖性,表明其具备成为神经损伤标志物的潜力。
Objective: To investigate variation of acetylcholinesterase(AChE) activity of whole blood in rats after exposure to cypermethrin(CP).Methods: A total of 120 male SD rats(80-100g) were randomly divided into 4 groups,including control group(peanut oil),low dosage group(40 mg cp /kg body),middle dosage group(80 mg cp /kg body) and high dosage group(160 mg cp /kg body).Intragastric administration was carried out once a day for 28 days.General symptoms of rats were observed everyday.Blood was collected by tail abscise at 0,7,14,21,28 day after treatment and the 7th day after last treatment,respectively.Activity of whole blood AChE was measured.Results: Rats showed symptoms of nerve damage,and activity of whole blood AChE was decreased significantly(P〈0.05) in a dose-dependence.Conclusions: Activity of whole blood AChE decreases significantly after exposure to CP in a dose-dependent and a time-dependent way.The activity of whole blood AChE can be potential marker of nerve damage.
