蜀梅颗粒治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效观察

Effects of Shumei granules on allergic rhinitis

目的:观察蜀梅颗粒治疗过敏性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)的临床疗效。方法:过敏性鼻炎患者30例(观察组),采用蜀梅颗粒治疗,对照组37例,服用鼻炎康,比较两组治疗前、后的主要症状、体征及血清中相关免疫分子。结果:蜀梅颗粒治疗后喷嚏、流涕的症状及生命体征明显改善(P<0.01),鼻塞、鼻痒的症状亦有所减轻(P<0.05)。治疗后患者血清IgEI、L-13值显著降低(P<0.05),TNF-α、IFN-γ值明显升高(P<0.05),与对照组接近。结论:蜀梅颗粒的有效成分对于改善机体免疫功能具有明显作用,其下调患者血清IgEI、L-13和调节Th1/Th2反应平衡可能是其主要作用机制之一。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Shumei granules on allergic rhinitis.Methods： Thirty patients with allergic rhinitis（observation group） were treated with Shumei granules,the control group（37 cases） were treated with Biyan Kang.Symptoms before and after the treatment,physical signs and immune factors were observed and compared between the two groups.Results： The observation group showed significant improvements in both physical signs and symptoms including sneezing,runny nose（P〈0.01） comparing with the control group,obstructing and itching nose were also relieved（P〈0.05）.After the treatment,serum IgE and IL-13 of the observation group were significantly reduced（P〈0.05）;while TNF-αand IFN-γ levels were significantly increased（P〈0.05）.Conclusions： Shumei granules can decrease serum IgE and IL-13 levels,and regulate the Th1/Th2 balance,which might be the main mechanism for its function of improving patients′immunity.
