水化治疗对冠心病合并肾功能不全患者预防造影剂肾病的疗效观察

Oral hydration for prevention of contrast-induced nephropathy in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with chronic kidney disease

目的:探讨水化治疗对冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)患者造影剂肾病(contrast-induced nephropathy,CIN)的防治作用。方法:选择102例接受PCI治疗的患者,随机分为口服水化治疗组与静脉水化治疗组,每组各51例。比较观察两组患者PCI术前,术后第2、3天的血肌酐变化水平。结果:口服水化治疗组与静脉水化组术后第2、3天血清肌酐增加水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:口服水化治疗安全、易行,减少造影剂肾病的发生率。

Objective： To investigate the effects of oral hydration therapy for prevention of contrast-induced nephropathy（CIN） after interventional therapy in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with chronic kidney disease.Methods： A total of 102 patients that underwent PCI were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups with 51 cases in each.One group was treated with oral hydration therapy,while the other was given intravenous saline hydration therapy.Serum creatinine levels of the two groups before PCI and 2,3 days after PCI were measured and compared.Result： No significant differences in serum creatinine levels of the two groups before PCI and 2,3 days after PCI was observed（P〉0.05）.Conclusions： The oral hydration therapy is safe and simple,it can effectively prevent contrast-induced nephropathy.
