摘要
以废弃的稻草为原料,采用煮练的方法尝试从中提取纤维状材料,在大量基础性试验的基础上,通过正交试验法对所提取的纤维材料进行长度、细度、强力、伸长率、回潮率和手感等可纺性能指标的分项测试与综合分析。结果表明:从稻草中可以提取纤维状材料,在提取工艺中,预浸工艺与煮练时Ca(OH)2的浓度对纤维的提取及其性状有明显的影响。文章为稻草纤维在纺织行业中的开发与利用提供了理论与实践的基础。
This paper researches on refine fibrous material from the scraped straw by the method of refining,subentry testing and analysis by synthesis on spinnability of length,fineness,strength,tensile stretch,regain and hand,etc.Result shows that it is possible to refine fibrous material from the straw,and among the processing parameters,pre-immersing and the concentration of Ca(OH)2 in boiling-off effects the refining and fiber properties obviously.This paper offers the basis of both theory and practice for development and applying of the straw fiber in textile industry.
