By means of the analysis of basic characteristics of sludge,several dehydration methods were compared,and the advancement and economy of modified chemical dehydration were presented.The technology of modified dehydration of sludge and its treatment by cement kiln were introduced,and the effects of treatment process on product quality and environment were analyzed.The evaluations of the new technology were given in view of economy and environment.
