Research progress of capillary electrophoresis technology and application in food detection

摘要 毛细管电泳技术是从20世纪80年代在世界范围内迅速发展起来的一种新型技术,其具有消耗少、简便、迅速、灵敏度高等优点。文章简要的介绍了目前该技术的主要分离模式、常用的检测器及其在食品检测中的应用。 Capillary eletrophoresis technology is a new type technology and booming from 80' last century in the world.It has some advantages,such as little consume,simple,rapid speed and high sensitivity.The paper introduces the mainly separation pattern and application in food analysis.
