摘要
为了研究嗜碱芽孢杆菌在中试条件下供氧控制与产酶关系,文章研究了种子培养、搅拌速度和通气量对发酵的影响,并在5 m3罐上进行了发酵试验。结果表明:在搅拌速度为60 r/min、通气量为0.6 vvm和发酵时间在36 h时进行5 m3罐中试发酵研究,甘露聚糖酶活力达到最高值2900 U/mL,结果令人满意。
In order to find out the relationship between oxygen supply and enzyme production in the pilot test of bacillus alcalophilus,the effects of seed culture,agitation speed and ventilation on fermentation are studied,and the fermentation is implemented with the tank of 5 m3 volumes.The final result indicates that the activity of mannose can reach the maximum of 2900 U/mL under the condition of agitation speed 60 r/min,ventilation 0.6 vvm for 36 h fermentation by using the tank of 5 m3 volumes.
