摘要
为了更准确地计算混凝土箱梁的日照温度应力,根据气象学和传热学的有关理论,综合考虑太阳辐射、混凝土同周围环境的辐射换热以及混凝土同空气对流换热对温度场和温度应力的影响,采用通用有限元软件ANSYS的参数化设计语言APDL及其热瞬态分析和热—结构耦合求解技术,实现了任意时刻箱梁结构温度应力场的仿真。以某箱梁截面为例,计算和分析了其温度场和温度应力,说明了计算程序的适用性。
In order to calculate the solar radiation thermal stress of concrete box girders more accurately,the temperature field and thermal stress field of box girder structure were emulated at random time by use of the ANSYS Parametric Design Language(APDL) and the techniques of thermal instantaneous analysis and thermal-structural coupling solution.The emulation is based on some relevant theories of aerography and heat transfer,considering the effects of three factors on temperature field and thermal stresses in respect of solar radiation,radiation heat transfer between concrete and surroundings and heat convection between concrete and atmosphere.Taking a box girder section as an example,the calculation and analysis of its temperature field and thermal stress field show the applicability of the computer program.
