从湖北黄石市的土样中分离到一种黄色假单把菌（Pseudomonasflava,Davis），它产生碱性中温蛋白酶，酶活为1.07x10－6mol·s－1，该菌的最适产酶时间为48-60h，最适产酶pH位为11．0，最适产酶温度为30-35℃．该菌对氨苄青霉素和硫酸链霉素敏感，而对壮观霉素有抗性．

Isolate a bacterium staln, Pseudomonas flava,that produces middle-temperature alkaline protease, from soil of Huangshi City of Hubei Province. Its enzyme activity is 1 .07 x 10-6 mol.s-1. The best enzyme producing time is 48 ~ 60 h. Best pH is 11 .0. Best temperature is 30 ~ 35℃ .The bacterium is sensitive to ampicillin and smptomyin, but resistant to trobicin.
