摘要
近几年来关于“有效教学”的研究成果有一种“技术化取向”。超越技术,从“本体”角度厘清有效教学的实质很有必要。凡是能促进学生发展的教学就是有效教学。但对于什么是“发展”要有新发展观,应以学生“幸福成长”为本。对于“怎样发展”,要关注发展过程的正当性。对于如何检测出发展,要有长期及可持续发展的眼界以及多元观。
There is a "technical orientation" on "effective teaching" research in recent years. It's necessary for us to clarify the essence of effective teaching from "Noumenon" perspective by surpassing the technology. All teaching that could promote the development of students is effective teaching, but what is "development" should have a new concept of development. Such concept must be based on the "happily grow up" of students. As for "how to develop", we should pay attention to the legitimacy of the process of the development. As for how to detect the development, we should have the long-term and sustainable development vision as well as pluralism.
