生态道德教育——生态文明新形势下青少年德育的新课题

The Ecological Moral Education:The New Topic of Moral Education to Teenagers in the New Situation of Ecological Civilization

2007年召开的党的“十七大”第一次把“建设生态文明”写进了报告，标志着我国进入了生态文明建设的新时期。在这种新形势下，作为未来生态文明的建设者和决策者的青少年，在成长过程中能否在心灵中播下生态道德的种子，直接关系到生态文明建设的成败。因此，在这场触及人类心灵的思想变革中，以价值观培养为核心的青少年德育，理应成为生态文化建设的突破口和主战场。虽然在我国青少年德育内容中作为社会公德之一，环境道德教育也在不断加强，但面对建设生态文明的新形势，只停留在环保知识、环保行为教育的层面，显得隔靴搔痒。如何上升到生态文化、生态道德的高度，引导广大青少年对人与自然的关系进行深入思考，进而养成一种自觉的生态道德行为，已经迫在眉睫。

The 17th CPC National Congress held in 2007 put forward the topic of constructing the ecological civilization for the first time, which means that China has entered the new era of ecological civilization construction. Under the new situation, whether the teenagers, the future eonstruetivist and decision-makers of future ecological civilization could accept the education of ecological morality has direct relation with the failure or success of the construction of ecological civilization, and the core of the education should focus on the cultivation of the value. Though the education of social ethics and environmental morality to teenagers has been reinforced, it can not meet the requirement of the new situation of ecological civilization construction. It is urgent to guide the students to make deep thinking into the relationship between the human beings and the nature from the perspective of ecological culture and morality and help them to develop the behavior of ecological morality conscientiously.
