本文对ＱＢＡＳＩＣ中随机函数的特性做了充分的讨论．在此基础上，以随机抽取题库中若干试题为考试内容这一程序的设计为例，讨论了如何提高随机函数运行结果的随机性，产生完全随机数的问题．

This thesis concentrates mainly on the features of random function. Based on these facts, it takes this disign of the programme as an example, taking certain items from the item-system as examination contents randomly. to illustrate the problem of how to facilitate the random nature of the results of running random function in order to produce complete random varible.
