背根神经节脉冲射频治疗难治性腰椎间盘突出症患者的效果 被引量:5

摘要 腰椎间盘突出症无明确手术指征及患者不愿接受微创治疗时,可通过骶管阻滞2~3次,并配合腰椎牵引2周左右、卧床休息及口服药物的保守方式治疗,多数病人症状改善较明显,但仍有患者治疗效果不佳。研究表明,脉冲射频对于周围神经痛治疗效果较好,对背根神经节或脊神经施行脉冲射频可起到较长时间的镇痛作用。本研究拟评价背根神经节脉冲射频治疗难治性腰椎间盘突出症患者的效果,为临床治疗提供参考。
