家鸽肠道嗜银细胞的分布及形态学观察

DISTRIBUTION AND MORPHOLOGIC OBSERVATION OF ARGYROPHIL CELLS IN INTESTINES OF COLUMBA LIVIA DOMESTICA

本文用 Ｇｒｉｍｅｌｉｕｓ银染法对家鸽肠道嗜银细胞的分布及形态在光镜下进行了研究．结果显示：在小肠和直肠，嗜银细胞的分布密度呈波浪状走行，空肠和直肠分布较多，十二指肠、回肠和盲肠分布较少，肠道嗜银细胞的形态多呈细长雉体形，梭形和锥体形，有的细胞有一个突起，伸向肠腔或者是固有膜；有的细胞有两个突起，其中一个突起伸向肠腔，另一个突起指向固有膜，它们均分布在肠绒毛上皮细胞之间和肠腺上皮之间．

Distribution and morphology of argyrophil cells in intestines of Columba livia domestica were studied by using the Grimelius argyrophil staining technique. The results are as follows. In the small intestine and rectum, argyrophil cells distribute wavelike. The density of argyrophil cells is higher in the jejunum and rectum than in the duodenum, ileum and caecum. Most of the argyrophil cells are shuttle-shaped, cone-shaped or long cone-shaped.They are located between the intestinal epithelial cells and the epithelial cells of intestinal glands. Some cells have one process which reaches into the gut lumen or lamina proprla. Some have two processes, one extends the gut lumen, the other extends the lamina propia.
