摘要
采用固定床流动反应装置及TPR等技术考察了CaO、Fe2O3及CaO-Fe2O3等氧化物助剂对Ni/Al2O3催化剂的CH4/CO2重整反应制合成气的催化活性和抗积炭性能的影响,结果表明,含CaO-Fe2O3助剂的催化剂能最有效地抑制积炭,同时考察了反应温度。
The activity and resistance to carbon deposition of r-Al2O3 supported nickel catalystspromoted by CaO, Fe2O3, and CaO-Fe2O3 for the reaction between CH4 and CO2 were investigatedby fixed-bed flow reactor as well as TPR techniques. Contents of carbon deposited on catalysts weremeasured by gas chromatography. All catalysts exhibited high activity, but the differences in the resistance to carbon deposition were very large with individual promoters. Among these catalysts,those promoted by CaO-Fe2O3 was the most effective in the suppression of carbon deposition. TheTPR results showed that the special type of metal-supporter interaction provided by CaO-Fe2O3promoted catalyst was different from that of single promoted or unpromoted catalysts.
