摘要
本文对杨十斑吉丁虫Melanophila decastigma Fabricius生物学进行了系统的研究,特别对幼虫越冬部位、化蛹及羽化习性、成虫习性、幼虫为害部位作了详细观察,提出幼虫开始进入木质部的时间为防治关键。发现一种啮小蜂Tetrastichussp.和轮枝镰刀菌Fusarium verticillioides球孢白僵菌Beauveria bassiana为重要天敌。两种真菌自然感病率分别为16.3%、12.8%,室内致病力测定感病率分别为79.3%、54.0%。
Describes the systematic study on the biological characteristics of Melanophila decastigma Fabricius and natural enemies. The overwiter location of larvae, habits of pupation energence, adults, and the damage done by larvae were observeed. The optimum time of control was found while the larvae entering the xylem. A parasitic wasp, Tetrastichus sp. and two fungi Fusarium verticillioides (Sacc.) NirenbergMitt, and Beauveria bassiana (Bals.) Vuill. were found to be natural enemies.The natural susceptibility rates caused by two fungi were 16.3% and 12.8%, but in laboratory, tests the susceptibility rates were 79.3% and 54.0% respectively.
