摘要 根据30kA电解槽结构, 较详细地阐述了各主要导电部件产生的磁场的理论估算方法, 对阳极断面近似为椭圆并等效为圆, 对阳极水平母线等效为若干等份, 对阴极纵向母线等效为大平板电流, 并用计算机计算, 给出铝液表面磁场大小的分布图. 为优化设计槽体结构和配置母线提供依据. The theoretical approximative calculation method of the magnetic fields produced by the main conductive parts is deduced according to the structure of 30kA electrolytic tank.The section of positive pole is approximatated to a ellipsoid and the ellipsoid is equivalent to a circular plane.The horizontal busbar of positive pole is replaced by several equal portions.The vertical busbar of negative pole is replaced by big plate current.Computer simulation is used,and the distributive plots of the values of the magnetic fields are given.This paper provides basis for designing the structure and disposing the buses reasonably.
