摘要
在劳动过程理论的研究中,沈原等学者发现农民工带入劳动过程的先赋关系被纳入权力结构,构造了工作现场中"霸权"的新形态——关系霸权;这一研究受到了蔡禾、潘毅等学者的质疑。本文通过对沈原、蔡禾等人文章的梳理,认为"关系霸权"为劳动过程理论的研究提供了一种新的理论视角;作为工作现场的一种权力形态,"关系霸权"是农民工群体内部的博弈机制,它是一面双刃剑,既在劳动现场生产了忠诚、约束了不满,又延缓了农民工"产业工人化"的转型进程;既是一种权力的资源,同时又为工人的反抗提供了可能和条件。
In the labor process theory's research,scholars such as Shen Yuan discovered that the original relations that migrant workers present in the labor process have integrated into power structure,which has constructed the new form of hegemony in the job site:the Relation-Based Hegemony.But it has been challenged by scholars such as Cai He,Pan Yi,and so on.This article believes that,as a power form in the work site,the relation-based hegemony is the internal gambling mechanism of migrant laborer community.It's a double-edged sword,both producing loyalty in the work scene,restraining discontent and delaying migrant workers' reforming advancement of the industrial labor humanization.It not only becomes an authority resources,but also makes workers' revolt possible.
