调经助孕方联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征患者疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Treated by Tiaojing Zhuyun Recipe Combined with Metformin Hydrochloride

目的观察调经助孕方联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床疗效。方法将60例PCOS患者随机分为3组,每组20例。中药组服用调经助孕方,西药组服用二甲双胍,中西药联合组(联合组)同时服用以上两种药物,观察6个月经周期。观测3组患者体重指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)、Ferriman-Gallwey多毛评分(F-G评分)、月经情况、性激素和胰岛抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)的变化。结果联合组可以降低PCOS患者BMI、WHR及黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)、LH/卵泡刺激素(FSH)、HOMA-IR水平(P<0.05),改善月经,对F-G评分、FSH改善不明显(P>0.05)。其中在改善月经方面优于西药组(P<0.05),在改善LH、HOMA-IR方面优于中药组(P<0.05),在改善T、LH/FSH方面疗效优于西药组和中药组(P<0.05);联合组临床疗效优于西药组和中药组(P<0.05)。结论调经助孕方与二甲双胍联合治疗是临床治疗多囊卵巢综合征的较优组合。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tiaojing Zhuyun Recipe（Recipe for regulating menstruation to get conception）combined with metformin hydrochloride on polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS）.Methods Sixty PCOS patients were randomized into 3 groups with 20 in each.The Chinese medicine group was administered Tiaojing Zhuyun Recipe,the western medicine group was medicated with metformin hydrochloride,and the integrated group was given both.Six menstrual cycles were observed to see the changes in body mass index（BMI）,waist-hip ratio（WHR）,Ferriman-Gallwey score（F-G score）,menstruation,sexual hormones,and insulin resistance（IR）.Results The patients in the integrated group got the decrease in BMI,WHR,luteotropic hormone（LH）,testosterone（T）,LH/follicule-stimulating hormone（FSH）,and HOMAIR（P0.05）,and the improvement in menstruation,while their F-G score and FSH were not changed significantly（P 0.05）.In improving the menstruation,the integrated group was better than the western medicine group（P0.05）.In improving LH and HOMA-IR,the integrated group was better than the Chinese medicine group（P0.05）.In improving T and LH/FSH,the integrated group was better than both the western medicine group and Chinese medicine group（P0.05）.The clinical effect of the integrated group was better than that of the other two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The combination of Tiaojing Zhuyun Recipe with metformin hydrochloride is a good treatment for PCOS.
