为了适应船舶大型化的发展和提高船舶靠泊港的效率， 把人、船、环境系统作为分析的对象， 利用事件树分析法对影响大型船舶靠泊操纵安全的各因素进行分析， 根据效用函数法， 评价靠泊操纵安全的指标， 并通过计算机模拟设计出一种科学、实用的综合评价大型船舶靠泊操纵安全的方法－

In order to suit ship’s large scalizing and improving the efficiency of ship berthing,a set of indices for the safety assessment of ship berthing manouvring is designed after analyzing the system of man ship environment and the factors which influence the safety of ship berthing by use of Event Tree Analysis.Using computer simulation,indices values are gained in according to Monte Carlo Method,and scientific and practical method of safety assessment of ship berthing manouvring is established.
