矿井大型轴流式通风机整机流场的数值模拟

Numerical simulation of whole flow field of a large-scale mine-used axial flow fan

摘要 针对矿用两级轴流式通风机建立整机几何模型,选用非结构化网格,通过求解三维N-S方程对其全流场进行了数值模拟。主要分析了通风机内部特定面处的压力场、速度场及涡量场的分布,揭示了轴流式通风机内部流场的基本特性。数值模拟结果可为通风机的设计参数优化和内部流动优化提供参考,对提高轴流式通风机的整体性能和运行安全性具有重要的工程应用价值。 After the geometrical model of a mine-used two-stage axial flow fan being established,the unstructured grids are used to solve the three-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations,and numerical simulation of the whole flow field is carried out.The distribution of the pressure field,the velocity field and the vortex field at specified inner locations of the fan are analyzed,and the basic characteristics of the inner flow field of the axial flow fan is revealed.The simulation results offers references for the optimization of design parameters of fans and the inner flow,and has important engineering application values for enhancing the whole performance and the operation safety of the axial flow fan.
