摘要
介绍了新型采区安全高效无转载单轨辅助运输系统的基本概念和有关研制技术。对主要技术创新点分别进行了阐述,尤其是直接吊挂矿车,作为运输容器无需转载,可实现连续快速运输;采用楔形闸块进行安全制动,使得该运输系统更加快速高效,安全可靠。
The paper introduces the basic conception and related developing technology of a safe and efficient non-transshipment monorail assistant transportation system used in new-type mining area,and expounds main technical innovations.the directly craned tramcars serve as transportation container so as to avoid transshipment,thus the continuous and rapid transportation can be realized.In addition,the application of the wedgy brake brings about the more efficient and safer operation of the transportation system.
