摘要
简要介绍了选煤厂存在的浮选入料粒度过粗的问题,分析了旋流微泡浮选柱的分选原理,开创性地采用小于0.7mm煤泥作为入料,通过浮选试验、正交试验分析了各个因素对粗粒回收效果的影响,为指导旋流微泡浮选柱现场生产应用提供理论支持。
The problem that oversize grain size is fed into the flotation process is introduced,and the separation principle of the hydrocyclone micro-bubble flotation column is analyzed.The coal slime whose size is less than 0.7 mm is creatively taken to serve as feeding material to carry out flotation tests and orthogonal tests,and the influence of each factor on recovery of coarse grains is analyzed,which offers theoretical support for guiding the field operation of the hydrocyclone micro-bubble flotation column.
