摘要
在分析直流电弧炉三维导体布置的基础上,建立了直流电弧的偏弧模型,并以此作为电弧位置控制的依据.针对水冷钢棒式底电极型的直流电弧炉,阐述了其电弧位置控制的原理和系统组成,并进行了仿真研究.结果表明控制系统可以有效地纠正电弧的偏向问题并可按设定点自由控制电弧位置.
Based on analysis of three dimension layout of power conductors in DC arc furnace, a arc de-flection model is established. According to the model, the arc direction of the DC arc furnace can be control-led. The principle and construction of the direction control system are proposed. The results of simulation re-search shows that arc deflection can be quickly corrected and the arc direction can be freely controlled as re-quired.
