摘要
确定超临界CO_2萃取白苏子油的最佳工艺条件.采用Box-Behnker响应面设计法,以白苏子油萃取率作为评价指标,筛选出超临界萃取最佳工艺,以Design-Expert软件进行数据拟合,并与实际结果比较.确定超临界CO_2萃取白苏子油最佳工艺条件:萃取温度60℃、萃取压力32.5MPa、萃取时间180min,在此条件下白苏子油萃取率为39.88%,与理论计算值偏差均小于10%.通过GC-MS分析确认4种脂肪酸成分:亚油酸11.889%、亚麻酸79.088%、棕榈酸6.813%、硬脂酸2.290%.经Box-Behnker响应面法优选的白苏子超临界萃取条件理化性质稳定,各项指标与理论值均能较好地吻合,模型选用合理有效;白苏子油所含不饱和脂肪酸成分高,可规模开发利用.
Supercritical CO2 extraction to determine the optimum conditions Perilla frutescens oil. The Box-Behnken response surface methodology optimization of Perilla frutescens physical and chemical properties of supercritical extraction conditions and stability, the theoretical value of the index and can better fit, numerical model, reasonable and effective. Ingredients of unsaturated fatty acid in Perilla frutescens oil are high, so it can be developed and utilized scale.
