基于扩展CA模型的武汉市城市土地集约优化配置研究

Research on optimum location and evaluation of the intensive use of urban land for Wuhan based on patulous Cellular Automata

许多地理现象的演变与其影响要素之间存在着复杂的关系,并往往具有时空动态性.本文针对城市土地集约优化配置的实际情况,引入元胞自动机(CA)模型,对其主要参数元胞、状态、转换规则、平滑规则等进行修正,提出了基于GIS和CA的城市土地集约优化配置思路;并以武汉市为例进行了实证研究,经构建CA优化配置模型后进行局部优化,结果表明武汉市城市土地中354个评价单元的用地类型发生了变化,用地类型空间分布和比例更趋向和谐.研究结果对指导武汉市实现城市土地资源的可持续发展、促进利用方式由低效益、粗放式向高效益、集约化转变具有一定的指导意义.

The essential part of geographical Cellular Automata（CA） is to provide appro- priate transition rules so that realistic patterns can be simulated. Aiming at practical requirement of optimum location and ,evaluation of the intensive use of urban land, taking Wuhan city as an example, this paper provides optimization configuration method about intensive use of urban land based on the GIS and CA after amending cellular, state, changing rules, smooth rules and other CA indexes. The results indicate that land use types for 354 evaluation units had changed, land use spatial distribution and its ratio had became even more coordination. It＇s; important to realize sustainable development of urban land resources, promote transition for urban land use from low efficiency, extensive to high efficiency, intensive.
