超超临界汽轮机中压缸抽汽管路的数值模拟

摘要 采用ANSYS CFX软件对某超超临界汽轮机中压缸的抽汽管道系统进行了数值模拟,获得抽汽管道系统内部的速度场与压力场并进行了相应的分析.给出不同位置抽汽小管的流量和总压变化情况,分析了抽汽管道系统各段的流动损失.采用工程流动损失手册的计算方法对总压损失进行了计算,并将其结果与CFD的模拟结果进行了比较.结果表明:两者基本吻合,说明流动模型的选取与计算结果可信,可以指导实际流动损失的工程计算. The extraction system for intermediate pressure(IP) cylinder of an ultra-supercritical steam turbine has been numerically simulated using ANSIS CFX software,during which the velocity and pressure field in the extraction line were obtained and analyzed.Flow loss at various segments in the extraction line was studied based on both the flow rate at different bleeding positions and the total pressure contour.Using engineering manual for flow loss calculation,the total pressure loss was computed and compared with that of CFD simulation.Results show that the calculated and CFD simulated data agree well with one another,indicating that the flow model is reasonable and the calculation results are credible.This may serve as a reference for flow loss calculation of actual engineering projects.
