摘要
以小麦赤霉病菌(Gibberella zeae)、油菜菌核病菌(Sclerotinia scleotiorum)、棉花黄萎病菌(Verticillium dahliae)、苹果炭疽病菌(Glomerella cingulata)、甜瓜蔓枯病菌(Mycosphaerella melonis)为供试病原菌,采用生长速率法对安徽大戟属6种野生植物不同部位的丙酮提取物进行了离体抑真菌活性测定,样品提取物供试质量浓度设为0.1 g/mL,同时对大戟根部(京大戟)丙酮提取物进行了离体抑菌活性测定,质量浓度设4个梯度,分别为0.05、0.1、0.2、0.4 g/mL。结果表明:相同浓度的大戟属不同植物样品对5种供试病原菌均有抑制作用,其中大戟根及月腺大戟根提取物样品对供试病原菌有强烈的抑菌活性。
Taking Gibberella zeae,Sclerotinia scleotiorum,Verticillium dahliae,Glomerella cingulata and Mycosphaerella melonis as experimental pathogen and using growth rate method to determine the in vitro antifungal activity of acetone extract from different parts of six wild Euphorbia plants in Anhui,the experimental mass concentration of extract sample was 0.1 g/mL;meanwhile,the in vitro antifungal activity of acetone extract from Radix Euphorbiae Pekinensis was also determined,and the experimental mass concentration of extract sample was set four grades(0.05,0.1,0.2 and 0.4 g/mL).The results showed that the extract samples from different euphorbia plants with the same concentration all had fungistasis against five experimental pathogen,among which the extract samples from Radix Euphorbiae Pekinensis and Radix Euphorbiae Ebracteolatae had strong antifungal activity against experimental pathogen.
